Important: Remember the phone number you placed the order with. The person picking up needs to know the number you used to call in.

On NYE, we will text you when the order is ready. Let us know the cellphone of the person picking up your order.

We save capacity for walk-in orders. If you don't see your time slot, I recommend calling in your order at least 1.5 hours in advance.

Step 1: Scroll to the bottom to see the Holiday Menu
Step 2: Pick your order items
Step 3: Check out and click edit under Choose a time. 
Step 4: Select 12/31 and your Time Slot  
Step 5: Click comments. Add the cellphone of the pickup person.
Step 6: Send in your order. We'll confirm within 5 minutes of receiving the order.  

FAQ: Did your online order get rejected? Here are the common issues to check for: 
  • Did you add an item we are not selling on NYE? Check our Holiday Menu.
  • Did you pick a popular time slot? We may have run out. Call in to see what time slots are still available. 
  • Did you select a delivery outside of the accepted hours?  Last delivery order accepted at 1pm on NYE. 
  • Did we miss your order? Send it in again. We may have missed it because we're busy.
Take out on NYE

We've all been there. Ordering take out on NYE can be challenging! We see our longest wait times on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. In the past, wait times on NYE were up to 2 - 3 hours during the peak periods! 

To reduce the wait times for everyone, we introduced order ahead to reserve a time slot and a limited holiday menu. Plan ahead and enjoy reduced wait times for getting that perfect holiday meal. 
Pick up Instructions on NYE

Step 1: Pay for your order & let us know you have arrived
Step 2: Confirm your cellphone number 
Step 3: We will text you when the order is ready. 
Step 4: Come to the pick up door (on the left). Remember your order number (last 4 digits of number used to place order) and order total.

Deliveries during the Holidays​

​Deliveries on NYE will be limited to 11am - 2pm (last call-in at 1pm). After 8pm, phone-in delivery orders will be handled on a case by case basis. 

Deliveries on Christmas and New Years Day will operate as usual.
